The whole process went very well from the assessment with Brian to helping set up the energy assessment for the government rebate, to the guys who came to the house to install the new Hvac system and water heater. These guys were very professional and cleaned up and took away all the old equipment. They answered all my question. I would recommend them in a minute. An update to my review This business is the best, they really want you to be sure you are satisfied, any questions or tweaks to your system and they are there to take care of you. I highly recommend them. If you are not quite satisfied give them a call, they will make it right.

This company is outstanding! Recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I went with them. Mike and Andrew were very courteous and respectful of my house. I was given a 4 hr arrival window. They texted well within the window to say they'd be here in 30 and they were true to their word. They explained every step, exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They also tried to save me as much money as possible.The owner Mike saved me even more money! I highly recommend these guys. In a time when hvac scams are rampant its awesome to find someone whose reputation is so important to them.

They went above and beyond with their service they came on time they were very efficient. They were very polite. They are cost-efficient as well, which is a bonus and they’re gonna provide me options for fixing my furnace, which is not gonna know financially sent me back. Everyone we dealt with at Environmental was extremely helpful, professional and kind. When our furnace stopped working, Environmental came in the next day to diagnose, and the following day to replace. James and Mike installed our new furnace and were excellent (especially having to work around 2 young kids and a curious cat in the house). We cannot recommend Environment enough!

We highly recommend Environmental Heating & Cooling. We had a Mitsubishi Zuba central heat pump system installed by Environmental in May 2023. It replaced a 20 year old geothermal heat pump that had started leaking. We could not be happier with the Mitsubishi. Our electricity bills have been consistently lower than they were with the geothermal system. Environmental provides superior service from the first point of contact right through installation and follow up. Every team member we have dealt with has been knowledgeable and professional. We’ve recommended Environmental to several family members and friends and they are all happy too. Without question Environmental has the best customer service that we have experienced in a very long time.

Everyone at Environmental was a pleasure to work with. They actually took the time to try and fix my old ductless AC unit and when it couldn’t be done they then recommended a unit that would work best for my home. The technicians were amazing, polite, considerate and cleaned up everything when the job was done. This local family run business really takes care of its clients!

I highly recommend Environmental HVAC. We had a furnace and air conditioner installed and the whole process was great from start to finish. Very friendly, installers were great, and almost 2 yrs later, we've been very happy with our new furnace and AC. The company's owners also run a small animal rescue and sanctuary, which I love as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Environmental Heating replaced my old tankless water heater with a new NAVIEN tankless water heater. I’m very happy with the installation. Looks good and works very well. The installation team vacuumed up when completed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Yes I would recommend Environmental Heating .

**2024 Update**Still 5 stars. When we had to replace our furnace and AC recently it was a no brainer who to call. They answered all our questions, did a nice install and were just really good to work with. Highly recommend (still!).Previous Review:Mike returned my call, we setup an appointment and Calum (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) showed up when expected. Professional and quick, got my AC running and explained everything. Very pleased, will call again next time we need help. Thank you!

Mike and his team at Environmental Heating and Cooling are great and I can highly recommend them. I contacted Mike for an assessment of my cooling system and to get it serviced. It was done very professionally. The technician took time to explain everything. Mike even explain more during a follow up call . System was serviced and the quotes received were great. I signed a service contract with them.

We had a heat pump recently installed. We were very pleased with everything. The company provided a very detailed quote. The employees were top notch both in the assessment of our needs and the installation of our heat pump. Thankyou Brian, James and Andrew...all very personable,knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend this company. As an aside people with a low to moderate income can apply to the federal government for up to $10,000 if they are replacing an oil furnace like us. The application was fairly straightforward and we received approval and a cheque within a week.

Excellent HVAC service! I have used them for my ancient furnace and more recently, for a clogged drain from my A/C unit that was causing a large leak in my basement. They are super friendly, punctual, efficient and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

I had Environmental Heating and Cooling replace my furnace and ac when the old one quit all of a sudden. The whole experience was fantastic, from having Brian come out and give me a quote, to the guys who did the installation. Brian was really thorough and patient in answering my questions, never once did I feel pushed into anything. And the guys who did the installation did a nice, neat job and cleaned up well after themselves. The price was also very reasonable.
